Do You Need a Speaker?

by Anne DeMoss

I met some architects students in San Antonio this past weekend at the Texas Society of Architects (TSA) Convention. How excited they were about their projects! I asked a question..."Have you ever heard of Monolithic Domes"? Unfortunately, most students can not answer yes to that question. The time is now for education about tomorrow's building. Please realize the Monolithic Dome is a valid structure with enormous possibilities.

Please consider allowing David B. South, President of Monolithic Dome Institute, to give a seminar or lecture on the subject of Monolithic Domes at your school, convention, lecture series, high school assembly, or any other gathering.

David was inspired by Buckminster Fuller. He is the vice-chairman of the ACI/ASCE - Committee 334 on Thin shell Design and Construction. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration/Business Engineering from Idaho State University - Cum Laude in 1968. He is a member of the International Conference of Building Officials, an international code body that tests materials, specifies and administers codes. David holds a US Patent for Monolithic Domes, US Patent for Crenospheres and a Canadian Patent for Monolithic Domes.

Monolithic Domes have been featured on Good Morning America, Nightline and 3 different shows on HGTV (Dream Builders, 21st. Century Homes and Extreme Homes). David has been interviewed on numerous radio programs in which the listeners have called in and asked questions. Also, four times a year, a workshop is held at the Monolithic Dome Institute in Italy, Texas in which David and his staff educate people from around the world on the subject of building Monolithic Domes.

Our mission at Monolithic Dome Institute is to educate and inform the public. If you have any questions about anything, please contact me, Anne Demoss Phone: 972-483-7423, Email: anne@monolithic.com, and I will be happy to help you.
